May 30, 2005 Reggae fans are thrilling to chilling reality of seeing legendary reggae act Toots and the Maytals -- the band that put the reggae in the reggay -- in downtown Pittsfield. In an otherwise informative article and interview in Saturday's Berkshire Eagle, ("For Toots Hibbard, reggae is dance, dance is everything," by Joel Stonington, May 28, 2005), every reference to the band's founder and leader, Toots HIBBERT, spelled his last name "Hibbard." Someone buy these guys a copy of the Rolling Stone Encyclopedia of Rock and Roll.... |
