[UPDATE] Is Bob Dylan coming to Pittsfield this summer or not?

People often say to me, they say, Seth, is Bob Dylan really coming to Pittsfield this summer?
Here's where things stand as of today:
According to the Berkshire Eagle, a local would-be concert promoter has a hold on a weekend of dates in late August at Wahconah Park for a concert he says will be along the same lines as last summer's Bob Dylan/Willie Nelson show.
So obviously, a Bob Dylan/Merle Haggard show (Merle Haggard being the rumored opening act on Dylan's rumored U.S. summer tour) would be along those same lines.
The Berkshire Eagle has yet to report on any follow-up, so presumably the show has yet to be booked.
It just so happens that Bob Dylan's rumored U.S. summer tour has yet to be officially announced. So the fact that it's already June and the rumored August date at Wahconah Park hasn't materialized just happens to coincide with a much-delayed announcement of Bob Dylan's rumored U.S. summer tour makes it more likely that Dylan will indeed return to Wahconah Park (this is simple logic, see "logic" on Wikipedia).
(This is to say, if the rumored act-to-be in Pittsfield was some act other than Bob Dylan, then presumably it would have already been announced, as all the major summer tours have been booked and already announced -- Dylan's is the only significant tour yet to be officially announced.)
Additional support for this speculation can be found on one of the primary, most reliable if unofficial Bob Dylan websites, BobLinks, where it says:
"Among the cities under consideration [for Dylan's U.S. summer tour] are Peoria, Illinois, Columbus, Ohio,
Bridgewater, New Jersey, Pittsfield, Massachusetts and Washington, Pennsylvania." [emphasis added]
Plus, I have heard this confirmed from a reliable source whom I cannot name.
So, is Bob Dylan coming to Pittsfield in August?
Seems like it's either Bob Dylan, or no one.....
and with the new album, 'Modern Times' out on Aug 29th it'd be perfect!!

With the new album out in August we would really like to see him again in Toronto it has been a long time.
